Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

With a highly skilled team of providers and state-of-the-art technology and monitoring systems, our hospital provides comprehensive critical care services for those with life-threatening illness or injury.
Patient Care and Treatment:
All ICU patients require intensive monitoring around the clock. Our ICU houses 5 computerized beds, which are connected to a centralized nursing station and continuously receive patient readouts. This allows our staff to closely monitor every patient, detect any changes and react immediately in the face of an emergency. Additionally, critical care interdisciplinary teams make rounds to each patient daily, helping to ensure a unified approach to care and that every detail of the care plan is being followed.
Our Team:
We’re proud to offer a highly skilled team to care for our patients when they need us the most. Our team includes:
- Intensivists, ICU doctors, have the overall responsibility for your loved one’s medical care. They oversee all medical care and diagnostic tests, and decide what treatment options are the best.
- Critical Care Registered nurses, nurses that have further specialized in critical care, provide most of the hands-on, daily care. They evaluate patients several times a day and continuously monitor their care and equipment. There will be several shift changes over the course of each 24-hour period, so you will probably meet several of the nurses in charge of your loved one’s care.
Visitor Guidelines:
Because of the critical state of our patients, and the complex nature of the care we give, we have to strict visitor regulations and guidelines.
